Law firm TLT goes back to school
A Bristol law firm is taking an innovative approach to its employees' professional development by sending them back to school. Every week staff from national law company TLT head off to Our Lady of the Rosary, Weston Park and Bank Leaze primary schools in Bristol, to help children learn to read.
The company, which employs 650 staff at its headquarters, has been involved in the 'reading buddies' scheme for over three years. Some 40 staff, including solicitors, IT technicians and administrators, currently take part.
