Vodafone's Take a Chance programme started in 2007, and now involves 100 students across nine schools in West Berkshire. It motivates students to reach their potential through using business skills.  It is aimed at students who are capable but 'cannot quite make it'. There are 83 Vodafone employees who support the programme.
